Saudi Urban Forum 2016
ANM in collaboration with Arriyadh Development Authority (ADA) attended the Saudi Urban Forum 2016 that took place from 29th to 31st of March.
The aim of the Forum was to discuss the latest developments in urban planning through working papers, along with key note speakers, workshops and an accompanying exhibition of the best urban practices (locally and internationally) and provide a framework for all professionals, decision-makers and stakeholders interested in discussing the future of Saudi cities.
ANM is consistent with the principles of Habitat, the United Nations Human Settlements Programme, established in 1978. Habitat is working towards a better urban future. The mission ‘is to promote socially and environmentally sustainable human settlements development and the achievement of adequate shelter for all.’
ANM booth was well decorated for the visitor and displayed a lot of featured images, questions and answers and key information about our metro line.
At the opening the Minister of Municipality and Rural Affairs (MOMRA), H.E. Eng. Abdullatif bin Abdulmalik Al-Sheikh visited ANM’s accompanied by one of our engineers, Mohammed Aljuaid who gave him a thorough explanation about Line 3 and about the remarkable safety achievement of 15 million man hours without Lost time Incident.
