WORLD DAY FOR SAFETY 2017
ANM supports the International Labour Organization (ILO) initiative “World Day for Safety and Health at Work”.
The International Labour Organization (ILO) celebrates the World Day for Safety and Health at Work (WSD) on the 28th April to promote the prevention of occupational accidents and diseases globally.
It is an awareness-raising campaign intended to focus international attention on emerging trends in the field of occupational safety and health and on the magnitude of work-related injuries, diseases and fatalities worldwide.
The ILO’s campaign for the 2017 World Day for Safety and Health at Work focuses on the critical need for countries to improve their capacity to collect and utilize reliable occupational safety and health (OSH) data.
The International Labour Organization (ILO) is a specialized agency of the United Nations established to promote social justice and recognizes human and labour rights internationally.
